Credit Specialists are accountable for reviewing client referrals, assessing client eligibility, requesting supporting information, and to recommend approval or decline of the referral request as appropriate. Referrals are received via email, telephone or Collections’ systems. Credit Specialists review and recommend consolidation of debts and restructuring of mortgages.
