It is the Democrat controlled Senate the is holding up most of Legislation to improve the economy passed by the House, where all spending bill must originate.

Over thirty bills from the House have never been brought up for a vote, in the Senate by Harry Reid, because he knows many of t.he good Democrats will vote for them

The Dimoctes have not passed the Annual Budget, as required by the Constitution, in THREE YEARS.

What the have passes is a "Continuing Resolution" that extended the 2009 budget, that automatic has ADDED a 15% INCREASE in spending every year for those three years.

Of the U.S.? Depends on who get the most votes.......
