A shot in the dark answer would be to dismantle the indicator housing, and simplym reverse the wiring that connects directly to the flasher lights.
As I say, I don't know the answer for sure, but my suggestion will cost you nothing, except 10 minutes of your time. I should be interested to know how you got on. Please let me know. Good Luck.
