    amps will that not make the volume go up because i can not hear nothing

    i got a cadillac sts seville and the volume goes up and down when you turn the knob or pess the button on the steeling wheel but no sound comes out of any of the speakers

      Check the fuse for the speakers. If you are cranking your speakers all the time, you probably blew the  fuse.
