      Call the police and report what she told you. Social services will be called and they and the police will investigate. Don't hesitate, just do it.

        Call the police. Call child services ASAP. Report anything that involves the welfare of a child.

                How sad it is for that child, I hope you have called the police, maybe the father is doing some thing to other children also. Help, ASAP
