      It may be wise to have an ultra sound done on your leg, I use Gabopentin very effective, but they are a prescription drug

          Hi, I suffer severe night time cramps in my legs.


          I jump out of bed and go stand on a cold floor.

            Ask your G.P...Quinine medication maybe prescribed...(An age old treatment...but still often favo(u)red by Medics)...
