To remove and reinstall the Serpentine Belt on 1995 Grand Cherokee I just replaced the alternator in my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There are two bolts on the back side of the power steering pump. These have to loosened up first. There is also a tensioner bolt underneath this same area. Make sure you loosen the bolts on back of the PS pump first. What I did to reinstall the serpentine belt was to mark the bolt on the tensioner to make sure I got it back to the same place, then let out the tensioner bolt until I could slip the serpentine belt on. (Note: Make sure you follow the diagram inside the engine compartment on top of the radiator shield when reinstalling the belt or else you may install it wrong and may damage the water pump.) After installing the serpentine belt (again, make sure you have it on right) you have to tighten up the tensioner bolt, then tighten up the two bolts on the back of the PS pump. It says in the Hayes Manual to use a tension gauge to get the right tension on the belt. There are good instructions in the Hayes Manual for the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
