The operating system upgrade should not matter. The e-mail program is not in your computer  It is on it's own server on the internet. This is why you have to access your e-mail via the internet and can not access it on your computer without being on line. Cox has it's own format for their e-mail program. I'm sure they have a print button somewhere on the program so you can print the e-mails. I do not know their format so I can not tell you where to find the button. Open an e-mail and look at the menu bar above the e-mail. Click on the buttons and toggles until you find print or see if there is a button with a picture of a printer on it.

Just trying to help. Did you try googling your issue. Or try going to your control panel for info. Also you can try going to windows help center and ask an expert.

 can do this at microsoft.co.uk,also you can put age restriction,whitch is a must,then you could update mail.you must make yourself adminastator,so she   not be able to download this.she will moan and not be happy but its her safty there are some right wiredos online
