Actor Alfonso Ribeiro has laughed off false reports about his death which swept the internet over the weekend.
The former The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star, who played lovable Carlton in the show, was inundated with calls from loved ones after rumours suggesting he was killed off began spreading.
In a post on Twitter.com on Saturday, he writes, "I guess FB (facebook) has a page saying I died. I wonder what people are gonna say at my funeral? It's crazy how many people are calling me about this rumor."
Ribeiro went on to thank followers for their concern, writing, "Thanks for all the love. In every situation you must find the positive."
