Take in less than you burn off, its that simple. The hard part is to figure out exactly what you are taking in, and burning off. However, you can loose weight without actually knowing the math. The principle, however holds true. Eat in moderation, no snacks, and exercise more. Walk, jog, take stairs, do situps, jumping jacks, swim, anything will burn off calories, some things more than others.
