    How do I cancel unwanted downloads in my Email so that they do not continue to send me unwanted stuff.

    I have joined dating sites etc and women all over the place are after my body. I need to stop the messages pouring  into my Inbox. HELP for God's sake.

      Is it an e-mail set-up at the sites or your


      own personal e-mail?


      If it's your own, which one are you using?


      Hotmail, Yahoo, G-mail, Outlook Express, etc?
