    can a grandchild contest a will

    hi my nan died recently and the only people left in my family are me and my uncle, my mum died 12 years ago, do i have the write to contest a will

    Even in the UK the law surrounding wills differs - you need to ask a lawyer - you can do this on the internet I believe. Seems you possibly do have a right - not sure about how old you need to be though. I have just noticed alongside your question are access to lawyers - try these.
