hose from my intake is blocked off not one to map sensor.. other hose dont know where its suppose to run to

who ever owened car before me cut it off and put tissue in it to n=block it off..

Hmm, then it was causing a problem. My suggestion, have a mechanic reconnect it then see if a problem happens once connected. He can then diagnose it and tell you what it will take to fix it. He should be able to do this without charging you.
