        who ever owened car before me cut it off and put tissue in it to n=block it off..

        Hmm, then it was causing a problem. My suggestion, have a mechanic reconnect it then see if a problem happens once connected. He can then diagnose it and tell you what it will take to fix it. He should be able to do this without charging you.
