Go to the website with the RAM file you want to convert to mp3.

Right click over the file and select "Save As" to save the file to your desktop.

Right click on the file on your desktop and select "Open With." Then click "Choose Program" and a list of programs will appear. Select "Notepad." Notepad will then open and a link for the RAM file will be on the blank Notepad document. Select and copy that link.

Open your email account and compose an email to yourself. In that email, paste the link from the previous step. Send that email to yourself and then open it. Once you do, you will be able to right click over that link. Select "Save As" and save the RAM file to your desktop.

Repeat these steps for any other RAM files you want to convert to mp3.
