Common way to download files is through BitTorrent software such as BitTorrent, Vuze, and µTorrent. Once such software is installed, you can search the name of the game you wish to download on a search engine (such as Google.com), in addition to the words 'torrent file'. A list of websites where downloading the torrent file for that game is available will appear. Choose one of the websites (if it doesn't work try another one), and download the file. The files should be recognized automatically by the BitTorrent software, and downloading of the game should begin.
