    I am unable to download photos from my Nokia 610 phone onto my XP desktop, in spite of downoading Zune software

    It works perfectly well on my Wife's Windows 7 laptop

      I did have few problems at first I know when I downloaded Zune  it took ages for it to download try it again (download) or get intouch with Nokia or Zune good luck
