If the school still exists you should contact it, but there is no certainty that records were kept. Do you think caning did you any good (or harm)?

i dont think it did me any harm, 2 b honest,it didn't do me any good either.i was still a little turd, but then that's a boys job, right.I think i grew up a nice person. anyway, thanks 4 the advice.
John, my opinion exactly, I was caned at school for smoking, not doing my homework, knocking down a wall and generally being disobedient. I doubt I would have been better, or worse, with or without caning.
