Why don't you ask your employer? He/she/they should know who you work for and where. Do you belong to a union? The union should know.

no union, employer wont give me a straight answer.
If they won't give you a straight answer, assume that they won't pay you. It seems to me that they wouldn't pay. Why would they be required to pay for this travel time, and not travel time for going to, and coming from the job itself?
