    what is best way to get use to a cpap?

    I have been told I need to use one due to a serious condition.  I find it hard to use-- I feel like I am choking or being strangled.  I also have a problem with my nostrels beeing semi cloged   any advise?

      Call the c-pap company..those are common complaints and they have useful advice.
