This may or may nto work so if you do not intend to lose all of your progress, make a copy of the .pdf file. I don't know if this will work because my computer does not support pdf files? But, Maybe you should try to change it into a .txt file, then edit, then back to pdf, It's highly unlikely this will work, but then again there's a chance.
