The good old weather tends to break everything down to basics, isn't nature wonderful?

    I can't see it either

Because 2/3 of the earths crust is made from silicon and oxygen which equals sand, this largely goes unnoticed outside of the deserts because of the plants and animals, dead plants and animals=  decomposing matter= soil, the climate of the desert is hot and dry, the rocks are weathered to sand""

Because they are like a big blackpool beach,

days are very hot and nights are cold in desert

    as a result it happens
