From 2011. I believe 1 WTC is complete and they are still working on 4.
1 WTC Construction Status (2011)
Steel has risen to the 102nd floor.
Installation of glass curtain wall has risen to the 73rd floor.
Installation of concrete floors has risen to the 90th floor.
Installation of podium glass will begin in 2012 to allow for construction activities and deliveries to proceed in this area. http://www.panynj.gov/wtcprogress/progress.html
