I want to know if it is a scam or reliable business one can invest on.

These types of sites are usually scams. They track where you go then sell your information to companies that are related to your web searches. Pay is usually not money but points that you can use to try and win money through their on site lottery. If you join, expect your e-mail to get loaded with all kinds of spam.
