This is extremely serious.

Go see a specialist ASAP.

Could be cancer.

Please see a doctor...could be thyroid troubles..goiter perhaps or an infection of sorts!! Self diagnosis is ominous at best so seeing a doctor is paramount in discovering what is causing you this distress. Peace and good luck honey!

You should definitely see a throat specialist.  This is not the type of lump you would want to have.

Ask immediately for a referal to an ears, nose and throat specialist , don't waste time with a G.P

Step back and see that it is foolish to look for a medical diagnosis from such an on-line forum.  Get back to the Dr. and do it as soon as possible!  ( Even if this was a service provided by DOCTORS, they couldn't tell you anything without seeing you in person, and testing, etc.)

You need to see a different doctor. What this one suggest doesn't make any sense. He could be right but better safe than sorry........

For 400 and from an enthusiast brand I link don't see how you link could go wrong with the Metric. It's distinctive and fun but also nicely proportioned useful and small enough link for most anyone's day-to-day wear.
