    my Google Chrome web browser slows down after a while, I also cleared the cookie history and some plugins. Internet Explorer works fine.

    Delete the browsing history too.

    thanks, but the browsing history is the cookie history, just another name for it.
    Have you heared of internet cookies, they are the Url's tou visited svaed always in a cookie per site. Stuart

    No, it is not. They are two different things. Both make up your cache. Cookies track what you do. They send information back to companies that paid to have them installed in your toolbar. Their full name is tracking cookies because they track. The browsing history is just that. A recorded record of your browsing history, which is listed for your easy referencing of places you've been so you can find them easily again.
