I don't know, but beware. Nigeria is the scam capital of the world. 60 Minutes (U.S. TV) did an expose on Nigerian fraud years ago. Fake Nigerian passports were able to fool a lot of experts. It might be difficult to ascertain who is a valid notary and who isn't. Payoffs and corruption are rampant. The validity of documents needing notarization, can thereby be compromised. In the U.S., many banks have notaries. Maybe it's the same in Nigeria. It might be safer to deal with a notary employed by a "reputable" bank.
