Flash drive also known as a thumb drive.

Thanks Colleen so I backup the programme to the USB flash drive and then transfer to my new computer when it arrives,but what about the dll files related to that programme as they will be elsewhere on my laptop.
All programs that transfer over will come with everything they need. The ones that can not bring all their programming will not transfer.
