Look at your old paper bill, and it should tell you on there how to get onto their website to pay your bills online, Or, if your cell ph. is like mine, and they never send you a paper bill, then go to the Verizon store and ask them how to see the account on your cell ph. screen, or on your computer screen. Everytime I go to my cell ph. store, Metro PCS, to ask them a question about my phone, they always say , " I don't know. You have to go to our main office and ask them."........which is quite a drive, and they hardly know where it is. :-\
