    Make a paste of baking soda and water and apply to the sting. As the water drains away, the soda will pull out the stinger............

    A little vinegar also helps.

    Use the vinegar or even ammonia to pull the toxin out and it will help eliminate the pain.  Ice also numbs the pain.  Just a side note:  they are good for arthritis treatment, so you have that going, if you suffer from arthritis!
