You need to make sure you are typing your log in information correctly. You will not be allowed to log in and check your mail if your user name or password is even 1 character off.

Sir, I know this ofcourse. But I tried to reset my password but nothing. even my old Gmail I cant reover so I made a new one. But Hot mail is very Old and I have may important email. I wish to recover it by any way. Please help me. Thank you

Anyway, after a few months of not logging in, e-mails delete themselves. Your account may not exist anymore. If this is the case, I do not know how to get it back because I do not work for hotmail.
