I can't answer this without knowing what is happening. Are you getting an error message? Are you being told your user name or password are incorrect? Is the page not loading? I need more info to help you.

This is akaQA, we are not Club Pogo support. There may be a server issue that is preventing you from getting on the site. There is nothing you can do about that but wait until it's fixed.

What other info can I give you? Last year i decided not to play pogo, i phoned to cancel. They would not accept, so they gave me a freebie for 1 year, because of my long time membership. my 2013 membership is due in Feb. My credit card is Discover.  june ash

i can't get clubpogo to load and i am ready to change servers and drop club pogo ,this is really stupid to have to go through this every time you try to get on

I'd say it's time to clean up your computer, do a defrag, run a scan, fix registry errors, change your browser and you might be able to have the game site run better. Just like cars, computers require yearly maintenance actually monthly but even 1 time a year will help.
