    Is there ever a $$.00 fee charged to members (such as myself) for having a question answered by you at Amazon?

    I have seen on more than 1 occasion, (to my dissatisfaction, I must add!) where companies urge a member to ask a question...for a fee.  So...is there?  And do not charge me PLEASE?!
