      Only if the lens prescription is the same.

        It beats the alternative, wearing none at all...  I bet that your script hasn't changed that much and you can wear them while others are being fixed, etc.  If you cannot see, do not wear them.  Try them, can you read or see far away with them, o.k. use them.
