I have not figured it out either. There is not a file downloaded in my programs of the Control Panel. Please answer this question!!! How do I delete this toolbar and it is not called Productivity 3...

That's an add on. Go to tools and add ons or extensions. Disable it there.

Yeah. Thank You. It is called WiseConvert. I removed check mark where it was enabled. You are absolutely right. Tools Extensions This was totally new too me. Thank you again. I hope Gilda figures it out too.
