Good luck. You may need a computer tech for this one. That program is filled with virus's, even the uninstallers have virus's. I know because my computer just blocked 2 virus attacks while trying to find you an uninstaller. I'm searching no further for you. You're on your own. Best of luck to you. Always investigate any program before you download it and then get stuck with it.

Hi, Colleen, With regard to getting the wise convert off the toolbar , I tried the bookmark, and deleted it,I was unable to find it in control panel to uninstall it ,but this other method seems to have got rid of it from the toolbar anyway. thanks for your help, old timer.
