      I have taken paracetamol for pain and fever whilst being on antibiotics, this was done by the recommendation of  my doctor.Always check first with the doctor or pharmacist if it is safe to do so.

          I would if I had fever.   This doesn't mean that you should.  Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
