      It can be either way depending on the structure of the sentence. 


      "No one knows pain such as I". 


      "Someone such as me, would see it this way".  Though in this instance, "someone such as myself" is the preferred way of saying it but "me" is still used by many people.

        Such as I. You wouldn't say "Such as me do"......
