      Download Skype and get your friends to download it too http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/get-skype/ Facebook does not offer video chat in their chat program. 


      Skype has a free download option. Do not download the premium option, that one you pay for.

        The nearest you can chat face to face is with a Web Cam. Do you have one ?
