    why does my 2 year old ruud airconditioning system only blow warm air even after just being serviced

    i have a 2 year old ruud central air condition unit and it constantly runs 27/7 but it only blows fan air. I had a maintanence man come by and charge it with freon but no change it just blows warm air.
