If it is brand new, and you are the original owner, why not call where you bought it, or the local service center for that maker. If you start listening to lay people on a site, and try fixing it yourself, your warranty may be void. I would call and have it checked out. And do not be put off by them, let them know that you need to speak with management if they dismiss you. Better still, show up and demand to see manager if they dismiss you by phone.. Good luck
