        Statutory Declaration form,it has legal binding once a justice of the peace signs it.It is a statement made by someone that declares what he/she wrote is to be true.

        Even though a statutory declaration is a legal document, it does not show your picture.Photo ID has become the main source of identification.Even a birth certificate is not allowed as a form of ID unless you can back it up with heaps of other documentation that is in your name.

          You would probably be better off to simply get a state ID, like everyone else nowadays! You kind of need that to function, unless you plan on continueing to have as much function in life as a rock in the driveway!
