    4. ...No matter what page, app, screen I open half of ALL text, most times all text is in HINDI. I do not have a translater that works on HINDI. The GOOGLE translater say it can't translate this language, because of some fault or problem.

    I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and Explorer  8.


    Please help , I can.t speak Hindi.

      I use Google translate for the Hindi language. This seems to be an issue with your operating system and the IE version you are using. Try upgrading to IE9. IE8 is pretty much obsolete now.
