Cutting down sugar and fats.
But this also depends on your health now ? Is you Blood pressure okay ect?
If you have an Iphone they have facebook ofr fatties and they encourage each other and suggest different ways to loe weight.
Smaller portions helps, get the neighbours dpg and start walking it :)
