      the same problem was with me & it sticked to me 4 a month 


      ..what you can do is 1- change the direction or position of your bed 


                                          2- keep your room & bed neat & clean


                                          3- wash ur feet b4 goin to bed  .. try these tips &ni hope these tips wil help

    Great advice given here. You can try Melatonin, it's an over the counter natural aid that really works.....Find it in you health food store...........

    If I think that I will have difficulty, as I am a very light sleeper.  If a cricket outside hiccups, I hear it!  Anyway, I use an over the counter sleep aid, has benedril in it.  They are not habit forming, and my GP doctor suggested them to me years ago, as I had complained of sleep disturbances to him.  They have worked well for me, and my wife, with no problems at all.  I get them at the dollar store for about $4 for a bottle of 50 caplets.
