          Have you ever heard of Pirate Bay or Utorrent?


          Download that in the internet and look up GTA san andreas. Don't need to worry about cops capturing you cause people tend to steal worse things than a little file in the internet... hope that helped! :P

            Yes and all the cyber thieves sitting in jail now thought the same thing too. Stealing a game on the internet is the same as walking into a game store and stealing the game off the self. Theft is theft.
