    Courts in BC have assigned up to what percentage of the blame to establishments that allow patrons to drink and drive, resulting in injury or death to other citizens?

    This is really hard on establishments , if a person comes from some where else and have had 10 drinks already it is hard for the new establisment to know this , responsible service of alcohol will come into place here was the person refused at any stage , did they look drunk or intoxicated ? where there was a point of refusal? this is really hard for anyone to establish whom is wrong or write , ultimately it falls on the drivers shoulders .
