Back up lights are a simply single wire system. From the switch, located on the shifter, to the lamps, to ground.
Use an Ohm meter to determine if you have power at the lamps, with the shifter in Reverse.
If not,determine if there is power to, and from, the switch.
If not replace the fuse or the switch as needed, WBMS
