These are the only instructions I could find. Seems pretty basic and straight forward.
Use the socket to loosen the bolts holding the tire in place. Remove the tire, but pull it straight out of the housing, and then replace with a new tire. Tighten the bolts back into place, with as much tension as possible, and then ride normally.
