I have purchased this computer a year ago but I know very little about using it.. Just the basics. I have had pictures sent to me by email and on skype but don't know how to make files for them and to keep things more orderly. Is there anyone who can tell me what I should do or should I give up and forget the computer world?

You can open up attachments to emails by clicking on the paperclip icon. You can save the attachment by right-clicking your mouse on the attachment. You'll learn after awhile. Right-clicking should save your attachments (photos) in your picture library.
The skype, you'll have to ask someone else, as I don't have any experience with it.
