Its different here in Australia.
The unions fight the education board for teachers rights ect.
The Board sets the Curriculum so without them , teachers could be non productive or teach what ever they wanted, the board sets structures for schools to follow and they must achieve.

i would hope thats anywhere. i couldnt imagin what would be taught if there were no board of education. ithink we need the epa also.
